Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly. Some insurance plans ask for one, so check yours if you're claiming.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Shorts help for knee and hip appointments.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people feel real progress within 3 to 6 visits. We'll give you an estimate after your assessment.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations may be charged half the session fee.
